GFP Expressing Human Brain Pericytes

GFP Expressing Human Brain Pericytes, Primary Cells, Cell Assays, 500,000 Cells, Frozen, GFP Expressing Human Brain Microvascular Pericytes were isolated from normal human brain tissues and transfected with GFP-Lentiviral particles. Puromycin resistant, GFP-HBMVPCs is shipped in frozen vial (available proliferating culture with a confluency of >90 % upon request) (cells are provide @ passage 5). Pericyte-Growth medium (CAT# PGB001) containing 5% fetal bovine serum and growth supplement is recommended for culture. Cells have an average population doubling level >10 when cultured.
