Which media and coating reagents should I use?

For the most reliable results, we recommend purchasing the complete culture kit paired with HNC001 in your order card. You may uncheck these items if you prefer using your own validated equivalents.

How are the cells shipped and stored?

Cryopreserved and shipped on dry ice. Transfer to liquid nitrogen vapour phase on arrival. Thawing and plating are covered in the protocol on the product page.
